Has anyone used these? do you mind sharing a pic of how they fit in the door upper outer channel?

Does fit in a channel or use adhesive?

fits in the channel, pointy side inboard.

Might need adhesive - I don't have a late with that particular weatherstrip. I've installed it, but I'm not the guy opening and closing the door day after day.

Got it working. The old one was pretty torn and I couldnt tell the direction. It did had weatherstripping glue a small bead throughout. The 3M adhesive remover is a magic and made things super easy. Like @cgsheen1 said pointed side inside. Thanks all.
