This car rolled into my shop last week, the owner wants to get ready to pass a safety inspection to get it licensed for the road. It has gone through 13 owners. The pics speak for themselves.

 

Roll bar, toggle switches, Webers.  Someone is trying to make it a race car.  Replace all the sheet metal with new, then build a full roll cage to act as the frame. 

Sure, why not?  Might take a weekend or two...
