Hey fellow Z heads. It's been a long time since I logged in here much less made any posts.  I thought I would check in to see who is still here from the old crew of 10+ years, actually it's been almost 20 since I first posted on this site come to think of it......and say hello to those who are new since I was last active here. SInce then I've gotten married, have 2 grandchildren, moved from Santa Cruz, CA to Auburn, CA and switched companies and focus.  I haven't lost the bug but life, family and career had to take priority for a while, however I'm planning to dedicate more time to the hobby and hope to start reassembling the Z and get it back on the road in the coming months.

Actually. I have both the Z and a 1967 Camaro RS/SS 396 to get back on the road and both need some electrical and mechanical work. Wish me luck and more importantly the time and dedication to get it done.

I hope you're all doing well and spending plenty of quality time with your Z (and your families 😉).

Hey Enigma!  Great to see you post again.   I'm still here of course.  😉

My 71 240Z is still with me but right now she's in storage.  Raising a kiddo and living on a place without a big garage.  That will all change in about 2 more years until the kiddo graduates high school.  Trying to hold on as much as I can.

There's still some of the original crew here.  Just doing other things, I imagine.

Good to hear from you!

Mike

I'm wondering how many people we still have around from the old email list (majordomo) we started in 1996.  I know there are a few still here.  😉

I'm still around.   Bob Weissman started the Z Car List on a majordomo server in 1987. Prior to that we had about 30 guys using personal E Mail's with a CC list. ( USENET /NSFNET). Seems like yesterday - LOL

Yeah, good times!  Things sure have changed in technology a lot since then.  Now I'm trying to catch up..  we'll see how it goes with upgrades over the winter.

Welcome back @=Enigma=, good to see you on here again.

As for others I remember, KMack, escanlon...oh man my memory is failing me at the moment.  There were so many regulars.

Started with the IZCC back in the John DeArmond days (1993/4), sort of monitored things through the Texas A&M hosted years, went inactive right around the time it shut down.  Casually resurfaced here a few years ago, just celebrated year 10 of my 240Z's rehabilitation 😞.
