Can't get window glass to line up perfectly

Hello,

I am finishing up a build of a 1976 280z.  I am installing the window glass currently.  I have finished the driver's side and it went well.  I am now working on the passenger side and am having a slight issue in getting the fitment perfect.

All tracks and rollers were removed, cleaned and freshly lubricated.  Brand new felt in the tracks

The passenger glass is slightly tilted towards the front.  When I roll the window all the way up, it does get forced into the felt channel so I think it's sealed, but the driver's side was much better alignment than the passenger side.

As per the manual, I adjusted the front roller track all the way down and even slotted the holes down further to try and improve.  This was as good as I could get (window rolled most of the way up):

The frame fits into the door opening really well so I don't think the frame is the issue.

Not sure what else to do.  I guess I could live with it but I was hoping to get it better.  I won't be able to test for wind or water leakage until next spring.

Any comments welcome.
