I tried clicking on the number of replies, and that didn't do anything different. I thought for a brief period yesterday it worked, but today.... nada. Nothing I click on will take me to anywhere other than the very start of any thread.

I totally agree with Zedhead... "Clicking on "7 minutes ago" should take you to the post that was made 7 minutes ago." That's what the old guys expect. And if the young guys don't... They can learn to expect it. Haha!!! Now let me stick some random emoji in here... ❤️

(And BTW, I think the emoji thing is because of the out of date browser that I'm using. The emoji's look very different on other devices.

You’re right, guess I’ll put my 240Zs up for sale and settle for a new 400z.

It's not working for me now. Might have something to do with there being multiple pages.

Overall, the site has lost functionality and is harder to get around in. Those popular 20 page threads will be a pain now. Click to the first page, click to the last page, scroll to the bottom. Work!!! Love the site (obviously), this criticism is meant to be constructive.

I just clicked on that and here are the results:

1. Clicking first title brings me to the thread where I left off last time I viewed it.

2. Clicking second title brings me to the end of the entire thread.

You will need to allow cookies from our site if you want this kind of useability.

Well, somebody changed something. Because I clicked on the "20 replies" and I got taken to the last unread reply. Not your last reply, but siteunseen's reply above it. That's a good thing.

Maybe some AI has become sentient and is messing with us. It seems to work well now. Let's hope it stays this way. Carry on...

Edit - Except, still odd, clicking on the first title, in this case "Just now", still takes me to the first post in the thread, which is far from just now. So, not what you've reported above. I don't have any cookie blocking going on but I do have an ad blocker.

Oh well, I'll just figure out a way, in the spirit of most of the posts on the forum. Just have to break an old habit.

Figured something out - the clicks work differently for people not signed in. If I'm signed in the second choice takes me to the end of the thread. If I'm not it takes me to the first post. Kind of a bummer, because I don't sign in unless I see something interesting to talk about.

Also need to understand the new format shows the original post at the top of every page now. The page number controls are under it. If you want to click on the last page, just click the double >> located at the bottom of the original post.
