RB26DETT 240Z complete with the ATTESSA 4WD system from a GTR Skyline. Note the extensive body mods, both the rear and the front end of a GTR have been grafted to a S30 shell.http://www.komycars.jp/drag/z.htmlCuong Nguyen Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/6949-look-4wd-rb26dett-240z/ Share on other sites
July 10, 200321 yr comment_43318 Jeepers Cuong, it makes your car look kinda like a half hearted attempt doesn't it . Now over here I wonder what you would register that as, as its basically just the gtr skline stuffed under the skirt of a Z, sounds like fun to me. I hate to say it Cuong, but I think yours looks better, its far more subtle. Cheers Chris Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/6949-look-4wd-rb26dett-240z/#findComment-43318 Share on other sites

July 11, 200321 yr comment_43513 Is that the same one that was in the magazine scans that's been posted before? I wonder how the 4wd system copes with the wheelbase of a 240z compared to a GTR is it different, or does this car only drive in straight lines 1/4 mile at a time? July 13, 200321 yr comment_43782 yeah, its a 240sx with a Z grill. hence the name fair-eighty. as in one eighty sx, or sil-eighty. iono. one comes with the CA18DET and the other with the SR20. lets just call it an RPS13 to make it easy.
