backside of the dash

I have always wondered what the back side of a dash looks like, also what the dash area looks like with the dash removed. If any of yous guys [ and gals ] have something like this how about posting it so we can all have a look...

And another from mid-right side (note the mouse nest above the glove box, and the POs destruction of the back of said glove box).

This is a very early dash (the car's production date is 11/69), and I'm sure that later dashes have a LOT more junk back here. I have many detailed pics of all stages of the teardown, so if there's anything specific you're interested in, just ask.

Mark, I'm not trying to criticize... but if you were to download those pics into your gallery, anyone having a question about how the backside of the dash looks(for wiring purposes or whatever) would be able to find them easier. Lot better than trying to find the link to the thread...

Not sure, but I think you have more choices now in your gallery so you could seperate your pics according to what the pics subject are.

I'd be happy to do that. I haven't uploaded anything yet mostly because I have about 600+ pictures so far and I don't know what I would upload and what I wouldn't. I have to categorize them soon, since I'm starting to find it difficult to find what I want now :classic: :classic: . Anyway, if you think this kind of stuff would be useful in general, I'll do some uploading after I get back from a vacation I'm taking that starts on Thursday - no time before that to categorize much.

Hey Mark, thanks a lot for the great photos and keep em' coming. Finally i get to see behind that dash, gives cause for concern as i see areas that would need attention on most Z's, especially mine. Don't have any preferences for future photos but more of the dash would be great and also maybe you can post photos of your dash reassembly when the time comes. Thanks again !

Hmmmm.....I'm seeing things that I havent seen before and thats not a good thing :cross-eye

Aside from the obvious dash skin and instrumentation which I plan to replace anyway, can any of you experienced dash people spot what of value/importance I may be missing here:
