26th-Z Posted August 31, 2003 Share #14 Posted August 31, 2003 Hey E TRAIN, I just started taking my Z apart for the restoration. I think I know the $9000 Z you refer to. Don't know if it sold or not. It has been advertised in Hemmings for quite a while. There are not many Z's in Sota. I just saw two older ladies cruising down the road in what appeared to be a 72 or 73 with air conditioning. Really surprised me. I'm looking for a 432 model kit in 1/24. 240Zdragon72 Posted August 31, 2003 Share #15 Posted August 31, 2003 You got it V12horse, It might take a little time, I still need to hinge the doors, hatch and the entire engine bay. (has small block 350 w/dual exhaust.) I'll keep you posted.:classic:
v12horse Posted August 31, 2003 Share #16 Posted August 31, 2003 Sounds cool 240zdragon. 26th-Z, if you find a source for 432 model kits in 1/24 I would love to know as I am looking for one too. I saw one about a year ago. Now I kick myself for not getting it. Since then I have not seen one. Fujimi is the only company that I know of that makes the 432. Oh well. -Ben
26th-Z Posted August 31, 2003 Share #17 Posted August 31, 2003 I have a current? Fujimi catalog and the 432 is supposedly NLA. Just putting my feelers out.
