Just recharged air conditioner but the blower isnt moving enough air. Would replacing it and adding a plastic fan cage help or is the problem one of original engineering?

Any suggestions welcome.

Some people have been swapping out late 80s-early 90s honda civic blower motors which move a lot more air.
