Wanted: 240z in the US

Year is unimportant to me. I want a 240 that has little to no rust, in good running condition. I would prefer a car that does not require much body work/reconditioning.

Must be a manual transmission.

Other than that, I am not very picky - I am willing to travel anywhere in the Continental U.S. if it looks worth my while. Of course, this requires that the car be in good neough running condition that I can drive it back to Mass. (Having a very difficult time finding a 240 worth buying here in Massachusetts)

Thanks!

Where in Mass are you? I'm on the north shore. I too have had a hard time finding anything with little or no rust. Traveling isn't in my budget though, so I'm going to have to rely on an inspection service and shipping costs. (scary) Good luck on your search.

I am looking to drop up to about 5000-5500 for the car. Actually, Korg, I was quite interested in your ad that I saw on another site - I will try to contact you later if you are still selling it

WannaZ - Won't shipping costs be more than the travel costs? How much can you get a car shipped across the country for, nowadays? I'm located in Weymouth.

The co. is Auto Driveaway, 1800-562-1558 Allston Mass/Waltham. They are fully insured and the only co. I called that sent me the information about them and the form needed to get the car ready to go.

All other I talked to barely gave me the time of day.

hi guys, i am currently in denver, co.. am planing on leaving in about 10 days to return to the bay area(S.F.) for a year of school.

i took photos of the car today and will post tommorrow afternoon.

look at the classified, this car has no rust at all and drives like a bat out of hell. i just put 3000 on the odometer driving through the west. used 1/4 quart of oil, from a small pan leak. i tried to keep the speed at a moderate average, around 80-85 most of the time.

in the morning i am taking the car over to fortunz of wheels in denver. he is a z specialist shop. i would be glad to pay him for an independant evaluation for serious inquries.

keith 720.981.8093 in denver or vysynry@hotmail.com
