T5 rear seal and bearing replacemet?

Anybody know how hard it is to replace the rear seal and bearing on a T5 tranny from an 83ZXT?

I was working on my car the other day, and noticed that there is a little bit of up-down play in the rear bearing... I need to replace it before I go back to FL for college.

Just looking for any tips and/or things to watch out for while doing this job.
