October 28, 200420 yr comment_99828 Updated link: http://www.licenseplates.tv/product_info.php/cPath/3_638/products_id/2869 That Japanese Car Plate does not look 100% original You can see the character on the bottom left of that car plate and it is written in slant (not straight). October 28, 200420 yr comment_99897 ...note the mud flaps...... :pirate: :classic:Guus:I believe your mud flaps are on the wrong side. I can only see the left hand one, but the curve on the flap should match the curve on the fender. 2¢Enrique Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/7832-looking-for-the-j-apan-county-plate/?&page=2#findComment-99897 Share on other sites
October 28, 200420 yr comment_99904 Guus has it right. Nissan's Works rally Z cars used some very distinctive mud flaps. On some events, they even had an extra pair of flaps rolled up behind the main pair as finishing the rally without intact flaps would have meant time penalties being added as punishment. Some reference pics to back Guus up: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/7832-looking-for-the-j-apan-county-plate/?&page=2#findComment-99904 Share on other sites
