Posted September 10, 200321 yr comment_49330 hey,its now smoking pretty bad after i addes some mistre oil..in the enging.. i pulled the plugs and there all covered with oil..then theres oil coming out of the exahous.. flange gasket...what show i do? some one said that is lowered the viscasity of the oil now the oil is going through the valve seals...what should ido from here..flush out the oil...then what..will i need a vavle job..?THANKS,steveLong live the Z... September 10, 200321 yr comment_49341 ackI once killed a ford 300, listened to a friend and did the mystery oil thing and ended up with a serious rod knock.get the stuff out! run some 30 weight and run it a little and change the oil again. September 10, 200321 yr comment_49350 Marvel Mystery Oil is "Top end lubricant" fuel additive, mainly for diesel engines. It's been 25 years since I've read the label but I don't remember anything about putting in your crankcase.
