You would do as well with a 240SX throttlebody using the JSK adapter (Juan, Jsk) is on the web and he's a member hybrid Z. His adapter allows the use of all of the fuel injection system components, with the 60MM Throttle body.

You will need to relieve the entrance to/throat of the manifold to match the Throttlebody, but it is worth the work.
