Posted October 7, 200321 yr comment_52286 While looking for Suby LSD's at the junkyard, the owner mentioned, "Why don't you put a Corvette rear end in it? I've seen a couple Z's like that. It's quite a bit lighter."I didn't ask for proof, just kindof 'filed' the info and moved on. I have never seen such a transplant. Perhaps this is a common mod on V8 Z's? Has anyone seen or done a Corvette diffy install?steve77 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/8269-corvette-diffy/ Share on other sites
October 7, 200321 yr comment_52309 I've seen this over on hybridz. Not a simple swap. Major fabrication required. On the plus side, I bet the diff gear ratio is better suited to the kind of power you get from a V8 swap than the Datsun diffs.--John B Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/8269-corvette-diffy/#findComment-52309 Share on other sites
