Chris Iglehart Posted October 17, 2003 Share #1 Posted October 17, 2003 1981 Datsun 280ZX turboIt is white with t-tops and has 131,000 miles on it. The car was parked 3 years ago, at the time the brakes were good, it had a new steering rack, all accessories still worked, it has Michelin tires, and the original alloy wheels. The engine was reliable and ran like clockwork. It had regular oil changes. Then engine will turn over, but it needs something electrical, possibly a crank position sensor. All the glass is good and the t-tops do not leak. The body needs restoration, but it is straight. I do have a truck and trailer to haul it anywhere it needs to go within reason, or meet half way somewhere. 240ZX Posted October 29, 2003 Share #5 Posted October 29, 2003 Looks like some serious rust has set in! Is that green moss I see on the side? What's your asking price?
Chris Iglehart Posted October 29, 2003 Author Share #6 Posted October 29, 2003 Yeh, thats mildew on it, it has been sitting for a while. As far as price, I don't know what it is worth. I see them for dirt cheap running.

Chris Iglehart Posted October 30, 2003 Author Share #8 Posted October 30, 2003 I know parting it out would be better, but I don't want to mess with the hassle, I don't even have a garage. I'm sure someone out there would want this car. I would meet someone half way is they wanted. Cincinnati is about half way between Owensboro and Pittsburg.
