I saw a carbon fiber hood for sale on the internet. It said it was bolt on for a 240Z. Would this bolt on my '78 280Z? I've also seen a carobon fiber dash with the space for heater/AC, and sterio blocked off like a racecar. Is it possible to cut out the holes for that stuff? I don't drive a racecar but like the look and wouldn't mind loosing the pounds either.

believe the hoods are all the same, as far as mounting. at hybridz.com, in the public forum area, under body/paint, the manufactuer of the carbon hoods is offering them at 350 and shipping. says original mounts and latch pin are glassed in, so is a simple unbolt and bolt on deal. supposedly with minimal prep, is paint ready.
