You guys are right about the red color, it is definately a ticket magnet. Years ago, when the Z was my daily driver, I was heading north on the freeway near Camp Pendelton and going with the flow of traffic. In fact I was in the middle of this particular pack of cars. Can you believe it, I was singled out and pulled over and ticketed for speeding. After leaving, the CHP left first, and about 5 miles down the road he had another RED car pulled over. I quess it's all a matter of tempting fate. Driving a red sporty car gives you the feeling similar to when you were little and you would take cookies from the cookie jar, then wondering if you will be cought! Oh well, you play you pay. The CHP that nabbed me last saturday was hiding out under a big shade tree with his radar gun. How petty, 67mph in a 55mph zone.....he probably spent the previous night on the couch because his wife wouldn't give it up!!! Or maybe he just couldn't get it up!!? Anyway I'm going to do the traffic school thing on the net, pay the ducks, and be done with it. Maybe I'll do a like research into radar absorbing paint for my Z.
