Z Kid Posted November 11, 2003 Share #1 Posted November 11, 2003 Hey guys, nothing to do with me, but this looks like it could be good for one of you.Cheers Chrishttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2442635607&category=42612
Bambikiller240 Posted November 11, 2003 Share #2 Posted November 11, 2003 He's located on Texas according to the auction, and judging from the picture is will only fit a right hand drive Z. Shipping $$$ will kill most of you Aussies, and there aren't many RHD Z's here. Also. his description says "I paid almost $400 American to get this looking so good." (?) It comes with wiring too, and the OEM dashes do not include wiring. I wonder if it is indeed a NEW dash or a recovered dash.
mwz Posted November 11, 2003 Share #3 Posted November 11, 2003 I was a little stumped by his description too. It looks like he did a little photoshopping on that picture. I wonder if he "flipped" the image and doesn't realize that it now looks like a RHD dash :stupid: :stupid: That's a stretch, but stranger things have happened on ebay

He never mentions whether it is RHD or LHD. Clarification seems to be needed.
2ManyZs Posted November 11, 2003 Share #5 Posted November 11, 2003 And if it's brand new, never used, why did he have to spend 400 bucks to make it looks so good????:stupid: Be willing to bet he's got the image flipped..... and it's a recovered dash.:cross-eye

Victor Laury Posted November 11, 2003 Share #7 Posted November 11, 2003 good eye, Chloe! Now we know why it's a photo of a RHD dash. This guy lacks a digital camera.
Z Kid Posted November 11, 2003 Author Share #8 Posted November 11, 2003 Hmm good point, he also has one photo of a 240 Dash and one phot of a later dash. I wonder if he is legit?
GatorJ Posted November 15, 2003 Share #9 Posted November 15, 2003 I sent the seller an e-mail pointing these things out and he ended the auction early.
