how hard is it to take the diff out of a 260z, im already taking the left half-shaft out to do a u-joint. the diff cover is leaking and i want to replace it here soon and i thought of doing it while i have it up on stands.

Allow a day for the complete job (out/in). But if the bushes are stuffed then spend a few $$ & some time to replace them all.
