Hard to be sure, but it looks a lot like a stock 280 wheel with the spokes painted silver instead of black.

I think it is actually for a Dodge............. I'm not sure though. I know it was chatted about previously in the link above.

my 74 260 parts car has one like it and as far as i know it hasnr been changed.

but it could be to anythang tho.
