Hanging stuff from the ceiling really does give a lot of extra space that it does not seem like you would have otherwise. A good thing i did too was build a companrtment about two feet tall up near the ceiling that is about 5 feet wide or so. It sits in a corner but lets lots of things that don't get moved much have a home. It also puts it out of site and out of my way.

looks like the 1st garage I've seen with nearly as much "STUFF" in it as mine...

I'm a master at accumulating stuff. Need to work on that getting rid of stuff thing...maybe I need to learn to SELL on e-bay instead of just buy!

ebay's one way we use that now and then too... when the wifes not looking I overwork the trash man with a few extra cans full... she's a PACKRAT.... bikes on the ceiling works good .. but plan on smacking your head on them now and then... :tapemouth
