December 5, 200321 yr comment_59568 hey volvo,My story is not so different. Went down Geelong way and had a look at a 2+2. I loved bought it for too much, wanted to restore it, got it up on a hoist and found what was left of the underbody. RS basically. Had to sell it as it was 'too far gone'.Anyhow to cut a long story and a big car mess short and to second what the others are saying. Paitence pays. Trust me. Took me over a year to find my 2 seater 260, (have been all over melb in the search). The only Zed I have seen with a holeless underbody. VIP in this game. I am a sucker for the cheapies, but it pays to pay more and to take time to find the right one. Trust me! camfinnally found z one Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/9113-looking-at-a-zed-tomorrow/?&page=3#findComment-59568 Share on other sites
December 6, 200321 yr comment_59608 I've been following this thread, but couldn't reply in the week due to PC problems....I too don't think that it's worth the $$$ that are being asked. However an 'honest' complete car does have value. I see that it still has the original fusible-link covers in the engine bay....
