I have a '74 260Z that needs a hose to connect the air breather to the air pump (Arizona requires this car to pass emissions & I want to make sure everything is there!)

Can someone tell me the size of this hose?

Can't tell you the size but msa has it and if its like the 240 one size is larger than the other , with reguard to the ends , msa catalog page number 72 probably part 15-6222 , good luck Jeff:geek:

If MSA has it, you should try Chloe at MidwestZ, as she can probably get it also and give you a better price since she is one of our sponsors.

The one you want is the inlet hose, which is the one to the air cleaner base.

I'm just guesssing, but I think one end is possibly 1/2 while the other end is either 1/2 or 5/8...... been a while since I even had a car with a smog pump still attached....

If at all possible, you probably will want to use the original if you can, as it does have some twist and turns in it that would make it hard to replace with a standard hose.

you can also use a radiator hose reducer for that if you had to , I used that for my heater hose on my 240 worked well when I removed my water from the manifold , I got mine at auto zone was like 3.49 , great deal in my opion Jeff:geek:
