They Area Pain I Love The Z, But The Electrical Engineer For Datsun During The Years Of 70-78should Be Hung By Hisor Her Toes. Anyways, My Experience Comes From The Lack Of Product Availabe On The Market Currently. I Shutter When I See The White Cracked Connectors, The Burnt White/red Ignition Wires, Corroded Terminals And My All Time Favorite The Fuse Box. Oh And Good-god What The Hell Were They Thinking When They Disgned The Fusible Link. I Think A Modification A Disconnect Location That Would Be Benifical Will Allowing For Greater Flexibility For Needed Repairs.When I Went On The First Mission For Eletrical "supplies" All I Obtained Was A No, No.nooooooooooo! And My Favorite From The Local Parts Store "thats Hopeless Just Sell It" Gees It Was Only The Tail Light Section Of My 78 280. Scraping One Dreams It Not An Option. So I Went To Our Home Store Bought Peg Board, Douls, Electrical Tape, Colored Stickers And Zip Ties. Now The Next Problem Wire The Price Of Spools Of Various Wiring Is Outrageous. So The Next Best Thing Junk-yard. A Freshely Wreck Brand New Anything Is A Great Source For Wires. With This Out Of The Way Now I Needed To Figure Out They Problem Of The Connectors. Gm Baby, Readily Availble, Inexpensive, Great Connector And You Can Also Get Them In Custom Colors. Now With All Of My Supplies In Hand I'm Ready To Electrify. My Advise Work In A Uninterupted Area And Remeber What You Undo On One You Must Create On The Other. I Find It Humours That All Those People Who Gave Me $^!# Now Try To Come To My Shop And Get Me To Help Them.
