kyteler,

Thanks for making us jealous with your four headlights!

BTW,

How do you pronounce "KOITO" exactly?

Is it Koy-toh or Ko-eeh-toh?

Just for kicks I am going to look at the Celica's four headlights tomorrow and report back my findings. The car's only covered 81,000 miles and about 30,000 of that was acquired from being trailered behind a motor home.

Guys

As part of my resto job I bought a pair of lights from a local car parts store (Marlowes for W.A guys)

The lights were packaged as Bosch units but the lamps inside were Koito brand.

I don't know if you get the Bosch parts in the US but would imagine that you might, I think they have global distribution, worth checking anyway.

Regards

Lee

Mr Camouflage

Lights were sealed units as original, from memory I think they cost me just under $20.00 for the pair, I was quite surprised to see that they were manufactured by Koito but glad to be able to replace like for like especially when you consider it's a 33 year old car, how is your car coming along?

I just checked the Celica this past weekend and it has a mixture of headlights however, it still had one "cursive Toshiba" and it is in great working order. I had to replace a parking light bulb and it was a Koito!
