Tourniqet Posted December 22, 2003 Share #1 Posted December 22, 2003 Hey guys,I was just feeling nastalgic and thinking about the final color of my z. It was originally Brown Metallic 114, which was probably one of the uglier colors, but then I realized I never really saw one. My car was repainted white a decade or so ago. Do you guys know any pics of a Brown Metallic 114 aka cocoa brown z, I think they were only availiable a few months in 72/73. I was digging through gallery, but figured maybe you guys knew of one already...Thanks

There's a reason for that :stupid: Actually I applaud you for considering bringing it back the way it came from the factory. Can't help with the picture tho. What color is your interior? I imagine the Brown came with the Butterscotch interior which might be hard to find, unless its already there.

Tourniqet Posted December 22, 2003 Author Share #5 Posted December 22, 2003 Thanks for the help guys,I know it aint a pretty color but at least I can say I thought about it now...If I was going closer to a stock restoration I would consider it more, but hopefully this will be pretty far from stock! oh and it is buterscotch interior. I am going to replace most of it with black except the headliner, doors, and few other peices around the hatch. hopefully turn out ot be more of a black and tan... Was it like number 903? That is the color if i remember correctly mine was. Over the years it was painted slightly different greens but I want to go back to it's original color since I think it is different and looks really great.SuDZ
