Gotta pick a day... not next Sat. but perhaps a week after???

that one in flemington (i live in flemington) last time i checked, it was just sitting up on a trailer next to mine brook park (i think thats what it was)

right accross from robert hunter school and the community pool.

i thought it wasnt running? if it was, im mad i missed it....

This would be the one. Brought her home yesterday as well as dragged my 78 2+2 out of storage so theres now two in the driveway as well as two in the garage. the neighbors are itching to see the first completed one roll off the assembly line.

I was told the car did run on ether, I haven't attempted to start it yet however that shouldn;t be much of an issue. I'll snap some photos and post them up for all to see. Overall its a little rough around the edges, but worth what was paid for it.

So, why not do the conversion yourself? Plenty have been done... plenty of sources for info on boards like hybridz.com... and plenty of V8s to install...

Just need the conversion kit (easier than doing yourself, I'm told).

From what I understand, and mind you, I haven't done the conversion, and I'm simplifying a bit...

Check out www.jagsthatrun.com

Basically, you'll pull your engine/tranny. Use their kit to install modified engine mounts, tranny mounts, etc.

There isn't AFAIK any body fabrication, etc. Everything fits under the hood.

I'm sure there are others on the board who have done the conversion, but if you're handy it seems like an easy one to do yourself.

...so what happened to the vanishing BrookeT and the mysterious '69 (that appears to be a '70)?:cross-eye

lost in the shuffle?

dad called it all off in embarrasment? (never really wanted to sell 'em)

one of you frozen east coasters snached 'em up?

they've been beamed up to Canada to cussin' DarlD:alien: ?

I know! You would tell me but then you would have to kill me...:tapemouth

Let's have it, inquiring minds (with nothing better to do) want to know:stupid: 1100+ hits as of 3/5... I'll bet there are other knucklheads besides me interested...LOL
