I hear that!:classic: That would be a canidate for what do they call them? "Sunday Drivers" at best. Still the rush one would have, onwing such a low milage car gives me a grin ear to ear. Back in October last year, there was a White 77 with less than 10k, on ebay, wow! If I only had the 17K in money it went for. The car was kept in a condo overlooking the city somewere through a huge plate glass window! It was like something out of a movie

Before October when I bought my newest '78 280Z, I was looking for "low or no rust" daily drivers, and I was looking at ZX's as well as original series cars. I saw three or four ZX's with VERY low mileage. One had only about 30 miles on it. There was one in St. Louis with only a few thousand, and I think it was a ZX race version (280ZXR?). You're right, I really wish someone had saved a few examples of original series cars with low miles, but it looks like people didn't think about it much until the ZX's. Or maybe the few low mile original series cars are just not for sale :( .

Boy that ZX is nice. But the interior is way to much red (I know I have a red car). I like the black and gold anniversary editions much better. The price seems very fair and reasonable. If I had more garage space and more cash I might be tempted. You can never have to many nice Z cars.

Will do, but don't hold your breath. I spent a couple months looking and watching, and ended up driving to Cincinnati to pick up the 280Z that I bought. California car that had been transplanted. Everything else I saw within 500 miles was a rust bucket or way over my budget (like that ZXR!).

I've always thought of the ZX as fat and bloated. They put luxury in those cars, what with power this and power that. To me that was the death of the true Z car. I don't want no power crap in my sports car unless it's under the hood.ROFL

Amen ZRUSH!:classic: :classic: Allthough, for a daily driver..... Who am I kidding, I'm married with kids, and the earth shook, and a damn Dodge Caravan fell into my driveway!   But on the lighter side of things, for family use, you can't beat 'em
