Floor boards

Hey guys,

I figured I would put this up since you guys have seen a lot more floorboards than I have in the Z's. I just took some pictures of mine and put them in the Gallery I have. Although until they are approved you might be able to find them easier on my cardomain site already in my signature. I was just looking to see what you thought about them so far. Thanks for any input.

I'd guess that you have at least small holes in the areas where it's dented and maybe in other areas under the mat. From my experience, the metal under the mat stays pretty clean when it's in one solid piece like yours is. But you never really know until you take it off.

The PS side is really up in the air until you clean it up. From the pic it looks more like rust than the sound deadening stuff, or some mixture of them. It's really hard to tell how solid until you get to the metal and see how thick it is. There was an area in my floor that looked like that and it turned out to be fairly thin metal with lots of pin holes. Not really a problem for a small area (POR-15 will fix it) but it the whole floor is like that it may be a different story. I'll keep an eye out for updated pics.

Thanks. Like I said I was kinda just removed the carpet and threw it up here just for some ideas. I will remove the mat and everything else hopefully this weekend. It might be a tough one here though since it is supposed to be in the low teens or down to 0 F the next few days but hopefully some work will get done. I will post more pictures as I get them.
