well i was driving my z it was running good and then i stopped it for my family christmas party after the party i go back out to leave and try to turn it on and it wont start... it turns over but no go. i have spark most absolutely in every plug and i have this compression 120,130,130,130,130,90... so im thinking the fuel must be the problem cuz its been running good...so i tried jumping it and stuff and then went out the next morning to try stuff and my buddy helped me look at it and we found the intake just totally flooded, there was gas in my air filter...so i dunno im thinking the FI works but maybe the valves arent opening or something anyway if anyone has had a similar problem or any ideas id much appreciate it. late.

First pull all the plugs back out, pull off the air filter and or intake pipe to let the gas dry out. Disarm your ignition so that it WILL NOT FIRE (pull power lead to the coil). Crank engine over. WITH THE PLUGS OUT! Did any gas come shooting out? Let everything dry out real nice like. Clean up your plugs. Check out your AirFlow meter to make sure it's not got any visable damage. If it is also full of fuel residue Carefully pull out of intake track and allow to dry. Reassemble. Crank over, do not pump gas pedal. What happened? :devious:

there's a fuse link for the e.f.i system. Make sure the wires are connected to the injectors. Otherwise, it's something simple, but probablt in there where you can't get at it.

Can you remove an injector and see if it sprays when you crank the engine (coil wire off)? Maybe check all 6 injectors, but it could run with only 1.
