I'm parting out a '73 240Z and the engine is still there! It was a daily driver before the PO parked it a couple years ago. You interested? Name your price (please be reasonable)! Please email or PM me if you want it, I'm not planning on following this thread.

Thanks for the reply TX but im looking for pre 73. Mine is a 73 also but prefer a engine ready to go with out all the smog stuff.

I have a spare 1970 L24 with 4speed minus the carbs. The engine ran well when I had it in the car. It had good compression and did not burn an excessive amount of oil, nor did it sound like there was something wrong. When I got the car, I removed the motor- Even though it had been previously rebuilt. The water pump had recently died out and started to leak, but aside form that all is well.
