Well, you guys were partially right.

After clicking the link for the 'Printable version', you get the first page of replies, like usual, just text only. You can select next page, previous, first, last, etc.

If you want ALL the replies, there is another link at the top to show ALL replies on one page.

Instead of pasting it into a word document you can save it as a web document archive file .(mht) extension in IE. Change the file ty;e from .html to web archive .mht in the save page dialogue box.

If you save as a web document, you'll have to save each page separately I believe. Unless you use the "Show Printable Version" then select "Show All Posts on a Single Page", then you can save as one file. At that point I use the WORD document so I can edit for clarity and to eliminate any extraneous comments not pertinent to the subject at hand. I save not just to read off line, but to archive information that I believe will be useful at a later date.
