I have been trying to get information about this car from zdriver.com and it seems as though there is nobody who "owns" that site; at least no on who admits to it and replies to emails.

I love the color of the 240Z in this pic and want to know about the paint code. Does anyone here know anything about it? I'd like to see more pix of it and get the paint code if possible.

That car looks familiar! Didn't Zmefly have it in his avaitar at one time. Maybe he knows something about it to!

It sure looks alot like the new Dodge Ram blue.

Which Dodge blue? This is my Ram with the Intense Blue (code VB3).... they've got another one called Patriot Blue I think that is a bit darker.. not sure what they have this year.

I'm considering painting my second Z with it... if I ever get the first one done that is....:tapemouth :cross-eye

That would be a GREAT color for a Z (well, it would be for "my" Z anyway). Put a couple of "Cobra" stripes in a Pearl White on it and it would look FANTASTIC. :love:

The silver that this thread was started about, could have some very interesting possibilities, with the right rims, a little chrome, gloss black accents.....

SILVER!? I was not asking about the 300Z, I wanted to know about the BLUE 240Z...that's the one I really like. I just wish that someone knew something about it! :disappoin

It was a 74 260Z with a V-8 conversion, I had the MSA Fibergalss II aero kit on it as well.

The color of mine was dodge viper blue with artic white racing stripes.

I believe the paint code for that color is 115. Check my gallery and see if this is the color you are after. It was one of the Datsun colors available but there was another blue that was very close to it but just lacked the brilliance. I have seen a lot more of the other color than this one. However, Penzoil had a commercial on TV a few years back that featured one in this color.

This ad looks very similar in color.
