New Graphics on my Z

Wake up everybody! This forum has been too quiet, so I'm throwing this out for fun...

I'm repainting my car (white again) to try and remove the reminders of the hundreds of cones I have crushed while flogging this car for the past 10+ years. To jazz it up I'm planning on putting some bold graphics on the car, vinyl, not paint... So, Some friends and I have come up with someting like 22 different options so far and posted them on this site http://sth2.com/Z-car/newstripes/ Take a look at them all and let me know which ones you like (or hate)... I'll post the top few as of now... starting with the top pick of my wife and kids...

My first choice would be the Red Bolt... but, I'd have to do the yellow bolt in a really bright blue....and maybe just a tad higher with the red, and a wider blue bolt... bring it up closer to the beltline and end at the bottom of the headlight cover in front.

Second choice would be the Flame Job, with a couple different colors... bright blue instead of the black, and perhaps orange where the yellow is....

Can you tell I don't like yellow?:cross-eye

Can never go wrong with the BRE scheme, whether the top is red or blue....

Well, I've tried to post a few photos, but they're not going through... Black and Blue flames are the leader right now... according to my wife! :)

Sorry to disappoint guys but I'm tarting this one up! I would never get this bold on a street car, but for a dedicated race car, overstated is OK with me.

I also like the BRE look, but it's been copied too many times for me to add to the list.

I think if you have to go all out on her, the best you could do would be what I'm probably going to do to my motorcycle, which is the Rising Sun Japanese war flag on it.

I've done a basic version on your blank picture it looks kinda shite, but you get the idea.

If I had to pick one then I'd have to go with the orange, I don't think that the flame job that you show would do it. Out of curiousity I have always wondered what a old fashioned hot rod flame job would look like, but then I think to myself, not pretty on a z.

Hey Michael,

That's one of the better rising sun layouts I've seen... the 2 or 3 others I have seen had a much smaller sun centered on the roof or hood, but like Victor said... I don't know if that'll fly in Texas. :)

Getting to Craig's comments I did see a cool "classic" flame job on an ebay car a while back... here it is... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6763&item=2446799102>http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=6763&item=2446799102

I hope that text wraps okay. That paint job is a few miles outside of my budget...

I need to post the photoshop job a coworker did to my car... he made it look like teh biggest snowbelt rustbucket you ever saw. Some of you might like it better ;)

Kinda like this one Tom? It's not only got rust, but the hood and roof are now 1/2 covered with a nice light green mold/mildew/fungus from being parked under the trees for 4 years or so.....

It's even started on the sides now, especially around the rust holes and the holes drilled in the side for some idiots idea of a body molding... hmm, one molding gone, another "mold"ing taking over....LOL
