Things have changed! It now looks like '72 and '73 ownership is higher than anyone else. But, it looks like we've got a LOT of members that own cars between '71 and '73.

i used to own a 70 i was the 129th owner on her im serious i had a list of the car lots and people that owned her....

but i smashed her into some dumb driver that cut right in front of me because he was to bussy on his cell phone and not looking into traffic to notice my red z........

she was a fine lady to drive plus the impound stole my rims and stereo (bastards)hey thats southern california for you

now i drive a 73 was white but now is the most common z color (primer black)

I Have a 73, keeps a permanent smile on my face, shame they cover the roads here in Switzerland with salt in winter otherwise I would drive it every day....

I have a 1971 Early series 2. I think...

Since 1970s I have owned 10 zcars 6 were 240s 2 were 260s aand 2 were early 280s still small versions like the 77 & 78s

I have a 72 and a 73. My first 72 rusted away in Cleveland. Should have taken the Datsun Competition suspension off. :disappoin

I have 73 and my wife has a 93 both are awesome cars.

Let's see: 73 on jackstands, 83ZXT for motor, diff for 73, 78 advertised for sale here. Keeping the 73!

I purchased my first 240Z in August 1971: Model: HS30U; Chassis No.: HS30-00741; Engine No.: L24 031211; Colour: 918. Unfortunately sold 1976. Only thing I have of it is the Vehicle Registration Plates!!

My current 240Z is a Datsun Fairlady 240Z-L built in July 1973: Model HS30; Chassis No.: HS30-103407; Engine No.: L24 185588; Colour: 115 (Metallic). Purchased in 2003.
