Things have changed! It now looks like '72 and '73 ownership is higher than anyone else. But, it looks like we've got a LOT of members that own cars between '71 and '73.

I have owned 6-240s, 2-260s, & 2-280 from 1971 to 1978. I only have

my 1973-240 left and my sell it this year.

I live in Niagara Falls Canada and just bought my first Z car. It's a 74 260 with 18,000 original miles. I have everything original, floor mats, interior, Even the tires are factory.

I just discovered that the carbs are the only thing thats been updated. I don't have all the facts just yet but apparenty of the 64,000 or so made, they made 16 with an automatic transmission, and I lucked out with one. Has factory air too. If anyone has any info on those stats I would like to hear from them. Thanks, Catman.

Fairy new to site but just purchased '71 vin # 26661 from second owner (cali. car) to add to my '75 280Z and '85 300zx ...looking forward to the relatively minor work to the '71 ...not a show car but great driver ..mostly original..Need a bigger garage!

if you are saying they only made 16 with AT trans then you need to check your resources

Did you find #215 in IL. I'm surprised it could survive in the salt belt.

Mine has a lot of miles but is a FL and NC car. I still had to have some rusted metal behind the front wheels replaced in 1996.
