Posted January 24, 200421 yr comment_65681 hey all... i don't know if anybody remembers me, but i used to live in utah, and i had a '73 240z... well, unfortunately i moved to texas, and left my baby behind for a paltry $425... well, to the present. i live in hawaii now, and i have just purchased a new z. it's a 1987 300zx... i know, i know i don't technically belong, but this is the coolest z club hands down.well, a little bit about the car:i got it for $900. check it out! i just posted pictures today. it's been recently checked, and registered (december, 2003) it has no major problems!!! wow. i plan to be driving it in a month, or so. glad to be back to the forums! January 24, 200421 yr comment_65688 That's a great deal. Why so cheap for what appears to be a very clean car?:classic: My brother has an 87, same color also. I'm fairly new to this site but have been around early generation Z cars for a long time. Welcome back......and again great deal you got there. January 24, 200421 yr Author comment_65690 well, i don't know why the price was so low... everything works! the only thing is a minor vacuum leak, which i spotted immediately. small hose, too old. i bought it from a woman who originally got it for the looks. she just bought a new camry, so she didn't need it. it's got a small dent on the driver-side rear fender (yet another case of an asshat boyfriend...) the car's clean in/out. the center arm-rest compartment is broken, and the driver seat could use a replacement... some springs worn, or broken. let's just say that jan. 20, 2004 is the day that i got lucky!
