Can I put my 260z 2+2 front struts on my 240z.

Well, I know i can, what i mean is will the front of the car sit at the same level as the 240s struts? Are ths stru tubes the same length.

I know the rears are longer so dont bother telling me, i already knew that.

i was actually curious to see if struts and springs from a 240 would fit a 260. I wonder this because when looking through some places online they list as having struts for a 240 but not a 260. Should they be the same? I have a two seater 260 by the way not the 2+2.

They'd work(like re-welding the lower perch), but you'd need to do some work to them to get it to sit level...the 260 housings are longer as are the springs...and somewhere in all that, the diameter of the housing changed as well.

The 2+2 springs are even longer than the regular 260 spring IIRC...
