S30 is the Z body style (280Z).

Will 16" rims fit on a 1975 Datsun 280Z without having to massage the fender lips?

It depends upon the tire width. I have 16x7 with 195mm wide tires and no rub on my 260Z.

I have the dual (vertical) exhausts that are pretty rusty and want to replace.

Any suggestions about muffler type, etc?
