You are right Alan. This is a 240z that belongs to a gentleman here in the states. Can one call their creation a Fairlady Z replica if it is accurate in all ways other than that it is in the LHD configuration?

The caption reads "Fairlady Z" - so that's why I pointed out that it must be a replica.

However, the only things I can see from the photo that are arguably 'Fairlady' specific are the mirrors and the Overfenders.

I know its makes me look petty, but I feel the need to point this stuff out whenever I see it. It seems to me that its worthwhile to get descriptions and captions as correct as we can in order to help people using the SEARCH function, and people who are looking for pics of *real* Fairladies.

Please accept my apologies if that offends, but be assured that the intentions are positive rather than negative.

Alan, no apologies necessary. I totally agree with you. If we don't keep the information accurate it will change over time thus not being accurate anymore.
