I see the you have it bolted up to where the cross member is my friend and I were contemplating doing it where the bumper bolts up but agreed it would not be strong enough as I can see you probably thought the same

I bolted it up where the bumper support brackets for a 73 are. Not sure if earlier Z's have the same.

Mounted up and running strong! Still a few details to work out; but runs good, sounds good, feels good on the initial pulls. Super happy it worked out!
