1964 Datsun Deluxe 1200 Bluebird

v12horse

Is this a 310 or 311? I saw this at a sales showroom in San Francisco and it was very original. the paint seemed to be original except for one place where it looked to had been repaired. It had two tone white and red leather (vinyl?) and the rare floor shift. All for 9500USD.

Hey Ben, I think this is the same car: http://www.datsunsports.com/Cars/641200.htm

I thought the new shape (410) came out in 1964, but maybe this is a very late model. From looking a pictures on the "Early Datsun Homepage" this looks to be a 312 model, which was "pretty much identical to the 1962 (311) model except for a change in the grille and tail light design".

Thanks for the pictures!

There's one of these in the gallery on our roadster site. Very Nice! Some of the parts on my 320 are from one of these I found a few years back in the junkyard. Gotta love those seldom seen Datsuns! (Even if Bill doesn't!)

Looks like a wanna be mini... That thing is so square that it makes me wonder if a brick would go through the air better.
