It's a carbon fibre panel. Easier to do without vents! Gorgeous setup

hi fred, as far as my carbon fiber cowl, no there are no vents or holes for wiper arms on mine only because I didn't want or need them on my race car. however all parts are for sale, and can be done anyway that you would like.
