kenz240z Member April 11, 200519 yr comment_9094 Share this post I thought about removing a little bit more, but my goal is to refinish enough so that the engine bay looks good with the hood up. I have been "refreshing" my '73 240Z as a weekend driver, rather than restoring it for show. Interior is looking good, I've already repainted the body, next I'm going to replace the struts and bushings. Jayru Member April 11, 200519 yr comment_9095 Share this post So will you be painting or re-undercoating? I'm curious because this is something i'd like to do in my engine compartment. Currrently i have surface rust in minimal spots where the undercoating flaked off, and i'd like to touch them up without going through a complete strip down of all the undercoating. My car is a weekend cruiser as well. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/gallery/image/12628-passenger-toeboard-area-3/#findComment-9095 Share on other sites
