Ansel Adams is a famous American photographer. He took pictures of nature in the Yosemite National park in California and he took them in black and white and made the foreground seem larger than it really was. You see the small rocks in the front of the picture that are out of focus? Adams could take a picture and make those rocks look like boulders, yet captering the background. He is very accomplished as a photographer. Look up some of his pieces and you might see what I mean.
