This '71 was sitting in a field under a tree since '85. perfect dash and vg seats, most interior good. all metal and exterior completely rotted. I found a LIVE snake in the glove box. scared the sh** out of me.

Thats weird my car that im restoring is white, but it had the rocker panels and the rest of the lower portion of the car matte black as well

Hey, I've seen this a few times but don't know if this was something done at a dealership, or some type of aftermarket rust/rockerguard coating thing like Ziebart.

Probably no different than using Photoshop on a regular image.. that's why it's so important to see a car in person before you buy it. ;)

Mounted up and running strong! Still a few details to work out; but runs good, sounds good, feels good on the initial pulls. Super happy it worked out!
