hey whats the name of the anime series?

I beleive it is called "You're Under Arrest." Some talk of it a few months ago in the forums. One club member has his avater as a screen shot from the series.

Its the You're under arrest Movie and I think one of the episodes includes the car as well(namely episode 2?), I am not too big on anime watched the stuff more when I was a younger like American cartoons better.
