The green and orange are my two real projects. A friend just gave me the primered shell for free if I pulled the car apart for him. It goes to the sideyard. I can't pass up free and the all Datsun Z garage pic made me happy so there it is.

Is the primered shell a Series I, or did the rear quarter vents get filled?

No, it is a '73. He also filled the bumper indentations and cutoff the drip rails.

I knew I had a keeper when I first tested my wifes automotive flexibility. While searching for a 510 for a commuter she said fine, but bring home any color as long as it is not orange. Well you guessed what color I drove home. She is still with me 22 yrs. and 2 orange Datsuns later.
