No, it is a 4/74 260Z and that is how they came when sold in Oz.

Would you mind telling me what those wheels are called and their sizes, i'd really like some panasports but i can't afford them, or find them, but these have really caught my eye. thanks

Sorry for the delay in answering, I haven't looked at the pics for a while. The wheels are 14x7" Performance 'Challenger'. I have attached a link to their site. They also make Superlite, which is their version of the Panasports/Minilite wheels. They sell new for about $190-210ea.
